No. Istanbul Obesity Center is an international health tourism intermediary organisation. Medical services are delivered by contracted, licensed healthcare facilities.
Who decides whether a procedure is suitable?
Only an authorised healthcare professional at the treating facility can assess suitability and determine a treatment plan after reviewing the relevant medical information.
What can your team coordinate?
Depending on the confirmed plan, coordination may include facility communication, appointment scheduling, accommodation, airport transfers and interpreting support.
Can you guarantee a medical result?
No. Results, risks and recovery vary between individuals. The treating clinician will provide procedure-specific information and obtain informed consent.
Which languages are available?
Our website and coordination service are available in English and Portuguese (Portugal). Support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Should I email my medical records?
Please contact us first and do not send detailed health data by ordinary email. We will explain the appropriate secure route if clinical records are needed.
